Why Coworking Space Concept is the Future.

There is something very special about coworking spaces, that's why it is about time that we all realize coworking is much more than just a buzzword or a passing trend. Coworking is here to stay.

Global Coworking UN Conference has estimated that the number of coworking spaces worldwide is set to grow from approximately 17,725 to 30,432 by 2022. Additionally, the number of coworking members is expected to grow from 2.3 million in 2018 to 5.1 million in 2022. This is a rapidly growing community you don’t want to miss.

In most cases, coworking spaces are open for people who work for different organizations, or for themselves, and they use these offices as opportunities to meet new people, exploit the space and just to do their work.

Firstly, coworking spaces allow people to feel like they are part of a community. Working at home is relatively easy and convenient, but sometimes all you need is the typical buzzing background noise found in workplaces in order to keep you wide-awake and focused. The majority of people are being more productive in a co-working space than at home. The balance between working and private life will be extremely benefitted by the separation of environments.

When you're in an office space with dozens and hundreds of people, there are plenty of chances to meet new people and expand one's professional network. These spaces can connect people and offer the opportunities to strike up a conversation with a fellow worker, learn something about their work, share ideas, and even collaborate on future projects.

Also, they offer great flexibility and accessibility, especially for freelancers or people with small businesses. Coworking spaces can now be found in almost all big cities across the world. While sometimes they are free, even the paid ones are relatively cheap for what you get. On top of that, their worldwide availability also makes them extremely useful to those who travel.

Unlike many offices where employees come to work at a particular location, coworking spaces have many locations to choose from. Members can pick their place as per proximity, facilities, meeting rooms, or even as per profiles of coworkers. Not only that, if bored with working from the same location every day, individuals or groups can choose to go to any of its other locations at any time. With more jobs offering flexibility and remote-work, coworking concept is only going to increase over the next decade.

Even though coworking spaces have many great perks like free coffee, unlimited wifi, and table tennis, which is always very popular, the reason these spaces attract so many people is the community. They allow you to work side by side with other like-minded individuals to collaborate and share ideas, that's why this new way of working is so attractive for everyone from startups and entrepreneurs to large businesses.

Coworking spaces range from large international organisations, who attract a diverse range of small businesses, startups and entrepreneurs to smaller niche spaces which appeal to specialised and local needs.

You work when and where needed
: you are able to chose to work-share the space once a week, once a month, everyday, for a couple of hours a day – whatever is best for your necessities. The contracts are flexible and they can be adapted every month, in correspondence to your needs. Using a coworking space can be a lot cheaper than leasing an office space, offering the flexibility to rent out a desk or office whenever you want.

Consider joining a coworking space near you to cut costs, work more efficiently, and increase productivity levels.
